Recently, while browsing through a catalogue of clarinet music, I noticed
that a sonata by Copland was listed. Although I vaguely recall hearing it
before, I am not familiar with this work. I'm assuming it must be a
transcription of the violin sonata? If so, who transcibed it?

I would be interested in more information and comments about this sonata.
