Dear Mr. johnBUF

You should understand that your request for "please mail me any info on your
group" was received by over 200 members of the Klarinet list. If each of us
send you a copy of the list description plus our own advice, your inbox will
be overwhemed. And we are an unmoderated group so there is no obvious person
to answer.

There is a listserv command that will give you descriptions of all the lists
available from a particular listserv site.

Since I've done this, let me say that the Klarinet list is a very active
discussion group of clarinet players ranging from highschool age to people in,
let us say, late retirement. Based on the discussion, most of the people are
advanced players and there are wonderful discussions of instrumetns, reeds,
mouthpieces, music, recordings, transposition, whether there are national
schools of clarinet playing, etc. etc. so put your talented offspring on the
list and see if it keeps their interest.
