Stephen-
Just keep on trying to reach him. It's always a hassle to deal with
him. He's so busy and on the move so much that it's like pulling teeth
to pin him down. And once you do you wait forever for your order
(especially when ordering mouthpieces from him). But the product at the
end is worth it.
