Hi everyone,
I have been working on the Copland Concerto for the last couple of weeks. I
wanted to know if anyone has any ideas about glissandos.
Various people have told me different things. Is it better to slide off or
is it better to play chromaticly. Both ways the embochure changes drasticly.
Are there any hints for getting a good gliss? I appreciate it.

Mike

P.S. Mr. Leeson, in my introduction I was by no means trying to infer mastery
over the Mozart Concerto. I need to play it for a competition along with the
Copland and right now am at a point where I am going to have to work 100% of
the time on the Copland Concerto.
