I need to find a song to play for the competitions coming up soon. What
is an ideal solo for a student who has been playing for 8 years and has
been 1st chair all his life? Last year, I played Scene and Air by Mike
Bergson (wonderful piece!). I like songs that you can really express and
have meaning in the tune. My teacher said he'll give me Concertino (I
forgot the author's name) and some others...
