Below follows the final part of Poulin's paper. It is clear from its contents
that, at the time she gave it, she had either not discovered the Riga program
with the engraving of Stadler's basset clarinet, or else she was not prepared
to report on it. No mention is made of it in this paper.

However, I am advised by the editor of The Clarinet, that she has prepared
a paper for a future printing (expected this year) on the Stadler basset
clarinet. Until that printing she has refused requests for copies of
the engraving and Eric Hoepricht had to go to Riga and get his own copy of
the picture for inclusion in his concert programs. It is that copy that I
am waiting on and which will be sent to Karp in Stockholm for inclusion in
the Internet system (and I am going to ask him to post on what that means).
I will probably suggest that anyone who cannot get it that way send me a
stamped self-addressed envelope and I will send them a copy. More on that
in a couple of days.

In these 6 parts of Poulin's paper, I have tried to copy it exactly. Any
mistakes that exist are probably mine. I apologize. For those few places
where I had to make a comment (about emphasis in the text using italics),
I clearly marked them as my own effort.

If anyone has Pamela's email address, I would like to send her a message
telling her of the interest in her paper here on the internet.
