I have tried Morgan student, Borbek 11 and 16 and Obrien for classical music
on Bflat.

I currently like the Borbek 11 most in combination with Vandoren 3.5's blue
box.

I am trying to get a very clear, "ringing tone". I have used a 40,000 series
Buffet and am currently using an old Boosey Hawks. The combination of reed,
mouthpiece and clarinet seem to all interact.
As I have continued to use the Borbek 11 more it definately plays better than
the others. I compared them last-nite again. I have to tape myself to
accurately hear the tone produced.

I have heard others play the Obrien ( more open facing than mine with softer
reed) with very excellent results. The barrell also seems to be important.
