I wouldn't be surprised if there was already mouthpiece literature published
by some of the instrument manufacturers, but I haven't seen it.

I'm more interested in Bass Clarinet mouthpieces, and haven't seen much
mentioned here about them. What is a good choice there?

I've used the Selmer HS* on the B-Flat Soprano, for many years. My used
LeBlanc Bass came with a Selmer C* or C9, I forget which. Is that a good
choice? When in school, I always used the mouthpiece that came with the
school instrument. When things aren't right, I blame it on the reed!
