Re: sarrusophone--when I was a graduate student at UW-Madison there was
an entire line-up of these instruments in the working collection. I am
leaving for Madison this afternoon to perform and lecture on Friday. I
will check out the collection and get back to you. They do have two sets of
basset horns--one Boehm system by Fritz Wurlitzer and one set of Leblancs.
