: i am interested in buying a reed knife and am wondering if any of you
: have any suggestions as to the best kind to buy. (i'm getting tired of
: using sandpaper for adjustments that could be done so much quicker with a
: knife) i'm also wondering what the difference is between a beveled edge
: and a wedge (?) edge are.

If you have access to a grinder, it's easy to make a knife from an old
hack saw blade. Since it's so easy and cheap, you can experiment with
different kinds of edge.
