The Cardiff Movie Database lists two films starring good ol' Benny:

1. Song Is Born, A 1948 [Professor Magenbruch]
2. Gang's All Here, The 1943

The first one doesn't have Carmen Miranda in it, but the second one
does; the full details ("full" - hah! most of the information is missing;
apparently nobody could bear to sit out the whole movie, write down the
credits and upload them to the Database) are:
