I agree with the sax description. I experimented one day (I was burned out
from playing my usual stuff) with the Rhapsody gliss.

I actually moved my clarinet to an angle much like the sax's (i double on sax)
dropped the jaw to keep the tone from breaking, or even cutting out, and slid
my fingers off the holes. It took quite a while to get the finger pattern down
(it's still not perfect)but I'm not going to try to explain it.

In short my little two cents are drop the jaw, play with a sax-like embouchure
and when you finger the top C, milk it by slowly sliding into tune.
