The acoustic guitar group has compiled a list like this. They
even include addresses, phone & e=mail addresses (all optional) for
people who live in the same area and want to contact each other.

(this reminds me, I still have to digitize the photo of last Spring's
Bay-Area Clarinet Dinner and put it on the internet)
