Thanks to everyone who responded to my recent request for the fax
numbers of mail order music stores. I received the fax and/or phone
numbers for various shops and decided to try Byron Hoyt Music in San
Francisco because of their position on the West Coast (hopefully
allowing for speedy postage to NZ) and because of Jordan Selburn's
advice that they have a large stock and are usually very helpful.
Sure enough, they were, answering my fax within the hour. I have now
ordered the music I wanted.

For anyone else outside the reach of US 0800 numbers, here's a summary
