I have heard that switching to double embouchure is a good remedial
technique for someone who is biting and/or using too much pressure on the
mouthpiece. This can be done for a few weeks or months, then switch back to
single embouchure. You can't bite too hard with double embouchure or you
will bite through your top lip, and nobody wants to do that.
