Yes, my clarinet fits all four off your full-Boehm criteria - though
frankly, I was unaware of #3 until I tested it just now: thanks for the tip!

I hadn't known that about the Prokofieff!

The low E-flat is fun - I use this clarinet mostly for balkan and
middle-eastern music, so I improvise a lot. But that note overblown to
be a substitute for throat B-flat is what I really like. There are so
many passages where it prevents awkard register shifts, and makes for a
far better tone anyway. The left little finger G#/d# is useful too, once
I got used to finding it! By only complaint is that the low E-flat makes
it hard for me to find the middle of those three right little finger
keys, E/b, as they're close together enough that I'll hit two at once - I
don't recall this being as much of a problem on basses I've played with
these keys. Guess I'll just have to practice more!
