I think I may have a copy of this - will check as soon as I get
home. Ricordi of Milan published a very useful album which included
pieces by Cavallini, Averino, Busoni, and, I think, this piece by
Liverani; it's in a number of libraries dotted round the world.
The ICS Library is in the Hornbake Library, University of
Maryland. I'm librarian of the British Clarinet & Saxophone Society.
There is a little overlap between the collections, but it could be
worth chasing both of us for obscure odds and ends!
