Glotin reeds--I have been catching up on reading the postings to the list-
your (Karen N Bentley) posting about GIAI (?) reeds prompts me to ask a
question. I have been using Glotin chamber cut reeds for some time now.
Is the reed you describe something new or added to their line? I find the
Glotin reeds I have used consistent and of a very good quality for the
cane. A few months ago I read that the grading (numbering) had been altered
to make these reeds conform with Vandoren. Up until that point they were
about as you describe the GAIA reeds.
