I had heard of a piece last yar year for clarinet and wind
ensemble, only briefly, and thought it was called Scherzo by
Phil Cardew. Does anyone know anything about this? I'm not
even sure that is the correct spelling for the composer's
last name. If it is a piece by an American composer, wouldn't
the Library of Congress have some info. on it? How do I
contact the Library of Congress of over the computer?

Any other hot pieces for clarinet and wind ensemble?
