The most extensive source I know of is

Looking at this book again raised some questions in my mind:

--The introduction mentioned that an unaccompanied work by
Victor Babin (of "Hillandale Waltzes" fame) was among
the works that were out of print, and thus not treated
in detail in Gillespie's study. Does anyone know if this
piece, "Divertissement Aspenois," is available currently?
It was originally published by Augener.

--Has anyone encountered any compositions by Willson Osborne
besides his wonderful "Rhapsody for Clarinet" and his
yet-unheard-by-me "Soliloquy for Unaccompanied Clarinet"?
I hope the publisher of the latter (Composers' Autograph
Publications) is still functioning.

And, does anyone know of a more recent book covering this
repertoire in anything close to the detail provided by
Gillespie? I'm sure many more unacccompanied works have
been composed or found their way into print in the past
two decades.
