I use Glotin for my alto sax and have found them to be better than the Rico
Royale and Fred Hemke's I was trying before. Mind you I have just started
playing and for the past two years have always wondered if it was me or the
reeds; good for a sax newbie to hear stuff like this so I don't whine and
give up on my chops. Any experience with Winslow ligature or others and
making reeds better out of the box or last longer?

Has anyone ever gotten stuck in the soundproof room of a music shop trying
out mouthpieces? Unforgettable.
