When questions like this arise, I always suggest
looking into the Alexander technique. You're seeking
to change the use of yourself, and, from an Alexandrian
point of view, exercise (meaning some repeated series
of motions) isn't going to bring about the desired change.
Also consider modifying your horn; add an extension
to the pinky key. There's no particular virtue in deforming
your hand to accommodate a design meanth for the mythical
average hand.
