Actually I believe Rovner manufactures a special
Teflon beard for players who can't be persuaded
to switch to a softer ligature. If I remember correctly,
there's a Standard Van Dyke, a Lord Whitehead model,
and, for clarinet rockers, the Z.Z. Top premium model.
