So this is the tentative list--always subject to change.
My apologies to those of you who didn't want to see this, but
I had a few requests. . .

For those of you who have never seen what goes on in
preparation for this, it is unbelievable. Julie DeRoach
has been really working hard at this. It should come
off well. For those of you who are considering trying
to do something at a conference a in the future, your
best bet is to come up with something distinctive. And
it is a big help if you could find a sponsor to cover
the costs. Although I haven't listed sponsors,they
are also quite important. I am under the impression that
everyone that does a clinic is payed, and this money
comes from the ICA. Facilities are a problem too.
I was at school in Cincinnati two years ago when the
conference was there--and they had so much more space than what
is here at DePaul. I'm not sure where everything will be.

A though returns to me about the Cinc. conference. . .
The Leblanc Co. had a table (to say the least-they were all
decked out). They had designed these huge boxes--
about 15 feet high , 5 feet across, 3 feet deep, and each
one of the three weighed close to 200 pounds each.
In my opinion this was unnecessary--ex especially to those
of us who had to load them in crates and put them on the truck
truck. It took four of us 3 hours to just get them down
on the dock. But it was a nice gesture that Leblanc
forked out around $40 for each of us!!

Any more st questions on the conference?
