Use this as a rough reference only. These are ideal specs and due to
the mass production of these mouthpieces tolerances are pretty wide.

It is difficult even for mouthpiece makers to talk to each other about
tip specifications because even though most of us use the same tip gauge tool
(graduated in 100ths of a mm) they are all different.

David Hite uses 1000ths of an inch as a method of measurement, probaion.
Without trying to start a clamor from the mathematicians, there are
approximately 2.5 100ths of a mm to every 1000th of an inch. My tip openings
are designed with .004mm increments of change between each of my four
facings. I try to work within tolerances of +/- .001mm.
