Piccolos and oboes are made from the same wood as clarinets,
correct?

Are they reputed to blow out?

I believe that some oboe players think they do (although I'm
sure they have some much more elegant term for it). ;-)
I don't remember any picc owners expressing concern about this.

What else is made from wood? Bassoons are, but they are made
from maple or other non-grenadilla wood. Do they complain about
this? Perhaps bassoons are too expensive to blow out. (think
about it)
