Dear Dawn,

I play on a 30 yr. old (or so) Buffet R-13 which I love. I produces
a great sound and a lot of the high notes are in tune. The low notes are
not, unfortunately. I have a friend who owns a LeBlanc horn, but I'm not
sure which model. I have heard mixed reviews on the LeBlancs. Some say
they sound awful(I think they said it was stuffy-I don't remember), others
like it. I guess it's just a sound preference. Also, my friend said that
the keys in the right hand controlled by the pinky are closer together to
make it easier on the right pinky ( I never knew there was a problem).
That's about what I know and can tell you. Hope I've been of help
to you. Good luck in your search!

All My Best,
