Have you tried PISONI reed clippers? They're similar to Cordiers, but
less expensive. I had a Cordier, but the cut was uneven; my Pisoni makes
a good, even cut. Whichever brand you buy, I think it's best to try it
out first to make sure it works properly and cuts evenly.
