Many folks seem to like the CORDIER. VANDOREN also makes a rather expensive
reed cutter. The VANDOREN has a replaceable blade and cutting surface. I
have used and purchased two of the VANDOREN for finishing handmade reeds.
I have never been able to get a good even cut on the VANDOREN in spite of
its high p[rice and "technical" advancements. So my vote is for CORDIER.
