I haven't played for about two and a half years, but plan to re-start,
and am a bit worried that my clarinets might crack.

Any advice about oiling ?

It's unlikely that I will play them much to start with - lack of time
and lip ...

My repairer says that he's seen clarinets that cracked despite being
oiled, but suspect that in some cases, oiling prevented cracks.
