The original Bartok part calls for a clarinet in movements
I and II. Then you start the third movement on b-flat. There is
a definitive break during which the piano plays for you to
change to a clarinet. Then if needed you can put in a brief
pause when you need to change back to b-flat.

Two mouthpieces? Interesting concept. But really not necessary.
