I have a Yamaha double case which came with the thirdhand Buffet A I
bought. It fits very nicely in a Lands' End attache, which costs about
$40 and has a shoulder strap and all kinds of handy pockets for music
and the extra paraphernalia that doesn't fit in the case itself. (For
non-U.S. readers: Lands' [sic] End is a mail-order company selling
primarily clothing but also some luggage and such.)
