Hi Scott!
I think you should send the piece here to us at Ithaca College! As a
member of the Ithaca College Wind Ensemble, I must tell you that innovation
in musical composition is always rewarded! We premiered the 1993 Walter
Beeler Composition award winneris piece, "Metropolis" by Adam Gorb last
month, and we have played, premiered, and recorded several pieces by our
own faculty composers, such as Dana Wilson. So, send it here! By the way,
I meant to type "winner's" piece instead of "winneris piece." Sorry!
