Subj: Reed talk (Olivieri is Spanish)

I used to be partial to Olivieri, which I believe comes from Spain.
I'm sure that its still a similar Mediterranean climate, so it isn't
as dramatic a diff as Australia.

that was the only non-French reed I was ever aware of.

They still make them, but I'm pretty happen with
LaVoz these days. Wish they still made those heavy
cardboard boxes, though.

-->Has anyone had any experience with reeds of another nation (where France
-->is considered the "only" source of good cane). I saw an add in The
-->Clarinet where to Australians were spouting the gospel about their
-->country's cane.
-->
-->I use Vandoren V12's - 4.0, and have been less than satisfied with the
-->quality (considering the $15.00 box price).
