It is a Winslow--he was an engineer (design) for Oscar Mayer in Madison,WI.
Studying the saxophone and doing some complaining about reeds, etc. he felt
he could design something that would do a better job than the current ligs-
he did. The first ones (I have one) were very heavy. They have had some
changes in material over the years and have become lighter in weight.
