Yes, I confess. It was me who recommended the McCabe Duet.
Unfortunately my copy is still in a box after moving to a new job.
When I unpack it I'll post the details to the list (assuming I can
read the publishers name off a photocopy of a photocopy of a ...).
I've played the three pieces for clarinet and piano that James
Langdell mentioned -- they're definitely worth a look. I've also
heard a work of his for soprano, clarinet and piano which was
delightful. I'd love to get hold of a copy.
