I've got both (thank you, Santa) and find that the pickboy
is a bit difficult with wind instruments. It works great
with guitar, but I like the meter better for wind instruments,
and I also like the 'slow' setting on the Korg that prevents
temporary changes in pitch from immediately effecting the
meter reading.
At a musical review last night, someone actually calibrated
a Korg tuner to the piano (flat!) and then made everyone tune
to it. Heck of a good idea -- don't know why we don't do it more
often. We could all choose our favorite tuning notes then (Bb
being particularly lousy on my tenor).
