I presume that the C#/G# key in question has been examined to see if the pad
or cork has swollen. If the key no longer opens sufficiently, it will be
flat and/or stuffy. Water in this key is a problem at times on my R13, and
has occasionally made me haul out my Dad's Selmer full-Boehm since the
articulated C#/G# is on the top of the horn. Neat trick boring the hole
through the metal tenon sleeve, etc. :-)
