Well here is the information that I got from the record that we have in the
library:

It is recorded by Suzanne Stephens (it was dedicated to her)
Its a Deutsche Grammophon recording
Stereo 2531 006
Published 1978 Polydor International GmbH

I hope that that is the information that you need. If not let me know- I'll
look for more.

About performance- The record notes were by Stockhausen. Here is what he said

If you wish to perform it solo w/o dance then you can have the notated dance
rhythms played by a drummer, who plays the sounds and noises of both feet on
a drum w/o beaters, with the hands (tabla or kandy drum foe example)

-OR-

If the clarinetist can play at the side of the stage and a dancer dances
the notated movements w/ a clarinet in his/her hands.

We didn't have an actual copy of the piece in the library, so all
of my information comes from the liner notes.

To answer your other questions.... No I am not familar with the piece,
and I have not played it.

I hope that this helps.. :)
