Why not? I bought one with no clear expectation of doing much other than
simply owning the thing. Although I made sure that I could handle it with
reasonably little difficulty before plunking down my money, it does little
else than provide me with the pleasure of an occasional toodle, and the
knowledge that I'll be able to accept any Eb work that I might be offered.

My internal instrument hamster would be a lot less happy if I insisted on
justifying my acquisitions in terms of expected performance use.
