Lisa is a lurker and I am very glad she posted for the first time
recently. So she now used to be a lurker. Welcome Lisa.

Your opinions are as good as anyone else's on this board and it is
unlikely that anyone will jump on you for voicing them. People might
disagree, but don't take it personally.

I am so very glad you like Benny Goodman. I always worshiped his
jazz playing. I first saw him at the Paramount Theatre in NYC around
1944. I used to go and sit there all day, through 5 performances of
his show and 4 awful movies in between his shows. I heard him do
Sing, Sing, Sing many times. Great player. A real natural.
