You might also want to check out a standard woodwind methods text such as
Westphal's GUIDE TO TEACHING WOODWINDS the text and not the playing section-
it has some very good trill and fingering charts. *also Tom Ridenour's
book THE ANNONTATED BOOK OF ALTISSIMO CLARINET FINGERINGS-AN INVALUABLE
WORKBOOK FOR THE SERIOUS CLARINETIST is as good a book as I have yet seen.
It has numerous fingerings for the altissimo register--and he gives musical
examples where and when these fingerings work. I had several copies but only
have one left. Tom Ridenour can be reached at the Leblanc Corporation in
Kenosha, Wi. eg top f# has 21 various fingerings listed. The book has saved
me on a number of occaisions. Ron M (not from spelling errors-however, ugh).
