If I can interject at this point--our voice faculty is quite good with this
subject. I have one of them come to studio class every semester with the
video program on the breathing apparatus--I'll get the name and number of
the tape. It is the best I have ever seen and it makes much sense. I also
have a student who is chief of surgery (retired) at the UK Medical Center--
I could get him to respond to some questions--but that may get to be a bit
