I would very much like to have seen Michael's communication, but don't
think that it was addressed to the entire list. Would one of you please
repost it?

For awhile now, all of Dan's communications to the clarinet list have been
coming through to me with his own email address on both the "From:" and
"Reply to:" lines of the mail header. Everyone else's communications have
their email address on the "From:" line, and the list's address on the
"Reply to:" line. If others are also receiving Dan's list communications
with the incorrect header, it's quite likely that a number of replies to
these communications are being sent to him personally in the belief that
they are going to the entire list. I know that this has happened to me a
couple of times.

Since one of Dan's most obvious talents is for getting people to write
worthwhile communications, it would be a shame if the audience were
inadvertently being limited.

Question 1: Am I the only one who has observed the header problem?
Question 2: Did Dan, or his system supervisor change or reconfigure his
local mail agent in recent memory?
Question 3: Has the listserv gone off its feed?

I also note that the listserv doesn't send me much of anything from
sometime on Friday through Sunday. What's cookin'?
