I checked David Pino's bibliography to find out where he got his
information about clarinet acoustics. The only reference to acoustics is:

Culver, Charles A. _Musical_Acoustics_. 4th ed. New York: McGraw-Hill, 1956.

I haven't had a chance to check my university's library for this book, but
I will.
