Thanks to the list-members who responded so helpfully to my
inquiry about Pino's and others' books.

1) I have now arranged a loan of the Pino book, so thanks for your
suggestions.

2) A book that I've found enlightening, but I didn't see
mentioned, is Frederick Thurston's Clarinet Technique.
