I was also trying to find a copy of Pino's book recently, and had no better
luck than you. I wrote to Dr. Pino, and he informed me that the book is
indeed out of print, and due to some publisher takeovers/bankruptcies
unfortunately will not be reprinted. He recommended that I get ahold of a
"copy" of his book any way possible (and I'll leave it to your imagination
as to what he meant by the word copy - far be it from either of us to
suggest anything illegal, immoral or fattening!).

Also, if anybody out there has a copy of the Pino book (I'm particularly
interested in the section on double-tonguing) that I could buy or borrow,
please let me know.
