My copy of the Pino book is an early edition on loan from our UIC
library: The Clarinet & Clarinet Playing, David Pino, Charles Scribner's
Sons, NY, c.1980. I suspect it's out of print. An excellent book on
all aspects of the clarinet construction, care, technique, history,
performance, etc. But, some parts need to be taken with a critical
ear, as his section on vibrato!
