I've only recently subscribed to this list (so I don't
know whether this is a faq), and I am also an only recently
beginning clarinet student.

1) Does anyone know whether the Pino book is available somewhere?
I've tried both new- and used-book stores.

2) Would anyone be so kind as to send me some suggested books
for reading about clarinet playing/performing?
