Just a bit of information for the klarinetlist: Combs will be playing the
Copland concerto with the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra in Charleston
on Saturday March 19th. He is also giving a masterclass the same day. Time
is not yet set--I have secured a block of tickets for the concert/class and
plan on taking several of the students from here. I realize that the location
may not be great for everyone--but I thought I would let you know. The price
of the tickets--this is the part that gets me and should get you--for the
concert and the masterclass is a whopping $5.00 each!!! If some of you need
help for this enormous fee I'll float you a loan.
